Laurent Fabius, French Foreign Affairs Minister visited P.S. 58 in Brooklyn on Monday. It is the first time that such a high-ranking French official visits a New York City school which, for the last 6 years, has hosted a succesful French-English dual-language program.

Eight NYC public schools are now offering a French-English bilingual program, serving more than 1,000 families. Below are a few photos that illustrate today’s special moment for Brooklyn and for Dual-Language Programs in New York City (Photos by Martin Loper).
